Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hanoch Financial Technologies Private Limited regarding the use of our services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Hanoch Financial Technologies Private Limited believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 30 days of initiating the service. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the application has already been processed and submitted to lending partners. Hanoch Financial Technologies Private Limited will evaluate each cancellation request on a case-by-case basis.

In case of any issues with the services provided, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 30 days. The Customer Service Team will review your concerns and take appropriate action.

In case you feel that the service received is not as described on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 30 days of receiving the service. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision based on our service standards and policies.

Fees and Charges

Butter Money does not charge customers directly for its services. Processing fees, stamp duties, and notary charges that may apply to your home loan are charged by the respective banks and lending partners, not by Butter Money.

Data Protection and Retention

We collect and process your personal and financial information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Hanoch Financial Technologies Private Limited retains customer data for a period of 12 months, after which it may be deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Regulatory Information

Hanoch Financial Technologies Private Limited is registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and has MSME registration. The company has a valid GST registration number.

Complaint Resolution

We are committed to addressing all customer complaints in a timely manner. Our standard timeframe for complaint resolution is 4-7 business days. All complaints should be directed to our customer service team at[email protected]
